What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are from Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm ,Saturday 8.30am to 1pm.

Do you require security deposit?

Yes, we require security deposit with advance rental payment before collection of equipment.

Am I responsible for damages?

In most cases, yes. For complete details on our rental policies, please refer to the Rental Agreement.

 

Does the excavator needs to be cleaned before returning?

Yes, otherwise cleaning fee applies. 

- All rental are time out, not time used 

- Daily maintenance check on oil, water & grease

- Only experienced certified operators may use the equipment
